Woman and Wolf Paint by Numbers
Woman and Wolf Paint by Numbers
Couldn't load pickup availability
A female portrait beside a wolf gives Woman and Wolf Paint by Numbers its clear two-subject composition, contrasting smoother human features with the animal’s more textured fur. The faces remain the main focal areas, while defined outlines separate the portrait detail from the wolf’s sharper contours.
Changes in surface texture across skin, hair and fur create useful visual variety without overcrowding the image. Explore more people-led artwork in our Portrait & Figure Paint by Numbers collection.

Portrait Detail Meets Wolf Fur
The design centres on two recognisable subjects: a woman and a wolf. Keeping both within the same composition gives the painting a strong visual relationship without relying on a crowded scene. The human portrait brings cleaner shapes and facial structure, while the wolf adds sharper contours and fur texture. Those differences give each subject its own character as the image gradually takes shape.
Painting Experience
This intermediate design calls for the most care around the portrait features and the wolf’s face, ears and fur edges. These areas contain tighter boundaries and smaller neighbouring shapes, so a finer brush and steady control will be useful. Larger shapes can be completed more quickly before returning to the detailed transitions around the eyes, facial contours and fur.
Why You’ll Love It
The appeal comes from the pairing itself. A human portrait beside a wolf gives the finished artwork two different kinds of detail rather than repeating one subject throughout. The contrast between smoother portrait areas and textured animal features also gives the design a distinctive identity. For more wildlife-led artwork, browse our Animal Paint by Numbers collection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this beginner friendly?
Yes. Our kits are designed for all skill levels. The clear, numbered guide provides a structured path, allowing anyone to achieve a professional-looking result while enjoying a relaxing, meditative process.
How long does it take to finish?
Most kits take 10–36 hours to complete. There’s no rush, we recommend painting at your own pace and embracing the process as a dedicated 'me-time' to unwind and create.
Will my canvas be portrait or landscape?
The orientation of the canvas—whether portrait or landscape—will always correspond to the orientation of the product’s main image, ensuring that the final painting accurately reflects the proportions and layout of the original design.
What is a DIY frame and how does it work?
A DIY wooden frame is an option included in your paint by numbers for adults kit. It comes unassembled (bars and pins), allowing you to easily stretch the canvas over it after painting. Instructions are included.
How long will it take to receive my painting kit?
We ship worldwide, most paint by numbers orders arrive within 7–13 days. Our customers report 90% of parcels arrive within 10 days.
You can also contact us to upgrade to FedEx/DHL Express Shipping for an additional fee, with delivery in 3–6 days.
Do you provide extra paints if I run out?
Each kit includes more than enough paint, but if you run short or your paints dry out within 60 days, just let us know viasupport@paintarthub.com. We will happily send you a free replacement paint for your paint by numbers kit.
What if I paint in the wrong section?
No problem at all. Our thick acrylics offer superior coverage—simply let the area dry and paint over it with the correct color.
