Colorful Dog in the Wind Paint by Numbers
Colorful Dog in the Wind Paint by Numbers

Bright swirling colour surrounds a lively dog in Colorful Dog in the Wind Paint by Numbers, with the fur and facial features carrying the motion through the centre of the composition. The vivid palette exaggerates the movement while keeping the animal’s face easy to recognise.
Broad colour areas build the background and body first, then the eyes, muzzle and wind-swept fur need more precise brushwork. A fine brush helps separate the smaller coat sections from the surrounding swirls. Browse more canine artwork in our Dog Paint by Numbers collection.

Vivid Swirls Around a Wind-Swept Dog Portrait
Bright colour moves around the dog and through the coat, giving the composition a strong sense of motion. The face remains the clearest focal point, while the surrounding swirls and smaller fur divisions create a lively transition between the animal and the background rather than a rigid outline.
Painting Experience
The intermediate design mixes broad background colour with tighter fur and facial regions. A medium brush is useful for the larger swirls and body sections, while a fine brush provides control around the eyes, muzzle and narrow coat edges. Completing the broad colour movement first leaves the dog’s expression and fur texture for a more precise final stage.
Why You’ll Love It
The energetic colour treatment adds movement to a familiar dog subject, producing a finished piece that feels more dynamic than a standard pet portrait. Browse more animal artwork in our Animal Paint by Numbers collection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this beginner friendly?
Yes. Our kits are designed for all skill levels. The clear, numbered guide provides a structured path, allowing anyone to achieve a professional-looking result while enjoying a relaxing, meditative process.
How long does it take to finish?
Most kits take 10–36 hours to complete. There’s no rush, we recommend painting at your own pace and embracing the process as a dedicated 'me-time' to unwind and create.
Will my canvas be portrait or landscape?
The orientation of the canvas—whether portrait or landscape—will always correspond to the orientation of the product’s main image, ensuring that the final painting accurately reflects the proportions and layout of the original design.
What is a DIY frame and how does it work?
A DIY wooden frame is an option included in your paint by numbers for adults kit. It comes unassembled (bars and pins), allowing you to easily stretch the canvas over it after painting. Instructions are included.
How long will it take to receive my painting kit?
We ship worldwide, most paint by numbers orders arrive within 7–13 days. Our customers report 90% of parcels arrive within 10 days.
You can also contact us to upgrade to FedEx/DHL Express Shipping for an additional fee, with delivery in 3–6 days.
Do you provide extra paints if I run out?
Each kit includes more than enough paint, but if you run short or your paints dry out within 60 days, just let us know viasupport@paintarthub.com. We will happily send you a free replacement paint for your paint by numbers kit.
What if I paint in the wrong section?
No problem at all. Our thick acrylics offer superior coverage—simply let the area dry and paint over it with the correct color.
