A dog blows an oversized bubble at the centre of Dog Blowing A Big Bubble Paint by Numbers, with smaller bubbles and bright colour accents scattered around the face. The large circular bubble becomes the strongest shape, while the dog’s eyes and fur keep the portrait clearly grounded.
Broad background and coat areas make a steady start before the bubble edges, facial features and many smaller spheres call for finer control. Clean circular boundaries help the bubbles stay distinct. Browse more canine scenes in our Dog Paint by Numbers collection.

A Dog Framed by One Big Bubble and Many Small Ones
The oversized bubble dominates the centre of the scene, sitting directly in front of the dog while smaller bubbles scatter around the portrait. Bright circular shapes contrast with the softer fur and facial features, creating a playful composition with several clear areas of colour and shape.
Painting Experience
The intermediate design combines broad coat and background regions with many smaller circular details. A medium brush handles the larger areas, while a fine brush helps define bubble edges, eyes, nose and narrow fur sections. Painting the largest bubble boundary carefully first makes it easier to organise the smaller spheres around it without losing their clean shapes.
Why You’ll Love It
The oversized bubble gives this dog portrait an unusual visual hook, and the repeated smaller circles add movement without creating a complicated background. Explore more animal designs in our Animal Paint by Numbers collection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this beginner friendly?
Yes. Our kits are designed for all skill levels. The clear, numbered guide provides a structured path, allowing anyone to achieve a professional-looking result while enjoying a relaxing, meditative process.
How long does it take to finish?
Most kits take 10–36 hours to complete. There’s no rush, we recommend painting at your own pace and embracing the process as a dedicated 'me-time' to unwind and create.
Will my canvas be portrait or landscape?
The orientation of the canvas—whether portrait or landscape—will always correspond to the orientation of the product’s main image, ensuring that the final painting accurately reflects the proportions and layout of the original design.
What is a DIY frame and how does it work?
A DIY wooden frame is an option included in your paint by numbers for adults kit. It comes unassembled (bars and pins), allowing you to easily stretch the canvas over it after painting. Instructions are included.
How long will it take to receive my painting kit?
We ship worldwide, most paint by numbers orders arrive within 7–13 days. Our customers report 90% of parcels arrive within 10 days.
You can also contact us to upgrade to FedEx/DHL Express Shipping for an additional fee, with delivery in 3–6 days.
Do you provide extra paints if I run out?
Each kit includes more than enough paint, but if you run short or your paints dry out within 60 days, just let us know viasupport@paintarthub.com. We will happily send you a free replacement paint for your paint by numbers kit.
What if I paint in the wrong section?
No problem at all. Our thick acrylics offer superior coverage—simply let the area dry and paint over it with the correct color.
