Cancellation & Order Edits

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can typically be canceled as long as they haven’t been produced by our workshop. However, due to our fully automated system, the cancellation window is very short. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible. As a general rule, if you don’t contact us within 6 hours of placing your order, we may not be able to cancel it. If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at support@paintarthub.com.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Before your order has shipped, you can contact us via our store's live chat window (chatbox) to request additional items to be added to your existing order. We will then update your order and send you a new invoice reflecting the additional charges for your approval and payment. This allows us to accommodate changes more efficiently without requiring you to place a new order.
