Lifetime Warranty

At Paintarthub, our number one focus is providing our customers with the best painting kits on the market. We build our reputation on quality products and we stand behind it.

 We want you to be happy with your Paintarthub purchase. If your painting kit fails to live up to your standards due to a material defect or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right. We’ll pay for return shipping and issue you a full refund or send you a new kit at no charge upon inspection*.  

 To start a warranty claim, please email support@paintarthub.com with the following information:

•  Full name and email
• Order number
• Description of your issue
• A photo of the defect

Once we receive your claim, we’ll work together to make sure you are entirely satisfied. We process claims within 12 business hours on Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm PST.

 Our Lifetime Warranty applies to all Paintarthub kits (paint by numbers and diamond painting) and its contents including canvas, diamonds, paint pots and tools kit which are bought through our online store ONLY. It covers all defects including missing or wrong diamonds, missing or wrong paint pots, missing or damaged tool kit accessories, and canvas rips, wrinkles, creases, and scratches.

 

* Physical inspection is usually waived for existing customers in good standing and a well established order history.
